This article states that social, participatory factors of organizational culture define the efficiency and competitiveness of the organization. In this study the gnoseological aspect of the problem is examined in detail. The article also analyzes the contribution of the classics of global management thought (such as Henri Fayolle, Elton Mayo, Edwards Deming, Kurt Lewin, Peter Drucker Ken Blanchard, etc) to the development of the humanist school of management, and the role of Russian experts and organizations (A.S. Makarenko, domestic school of psychotechnics, etc.) in understanding the nature of business cooperation reflected in activity of the organization. The concept of “business communication” is defined, and the correlation between concepts such as business communications, power relations, organizational interaction, vector of business communications, etc. is thoroughly analyzed. The phenomenon of solidarity and its correlation with such forms of business communication in the organization as collectivism is another object of the author’s research. The factors forming the culture of mutual trust in the organization: mutual assistance, mutual support, interchangea bility and universalism — are also investigated. Such a factor of intensifi cation of labor activity of workers as a “participation in management” is analyzed in full detail. It is shown that interaction process in the workplace has to be in sight of the organization management, act as an object of ad ministrative action, it is specified that this is especially relevant for Russian business practices.
